With extensive EPC+ experience in the electric power and heavy civil industries, Connor leads Valard’s Substation and Renewable business line. Prior to this executive appointment, he managed Valard’s substation and renewable construction operations, demonstrating expertise in estimating, project management, and field execution delivery.

Through dedicated leadership, Connor led the Wataynikaneyap Power Transmission Project’s extensive 22 substation program, emphasizing a strong commitment to safety, stakeholder engagement, and effective execution strategies. His passion for process simplification, standardization, and customer transparency has been instrumental in driving the growth of Valard’s substation and renewable sectors. Connor’s dedication to excellence and innovation continues to shape the future of our operations and solidify our commitment to delivering exceptional service in the industry.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering, Electrical Engineering, from the University of Victoria and attended the Leadership Program at the Ivey Business School at Western University.
